Shower door bumpers that slide when it’s supposed to be an annoying problem. In addition to the sudden lack of privacy, it can cause water to spill all over the bathroom floor, which leads to security problems and additional cleaning. You can avoid this problem by installing simple door magnets in your shower. This project consists of nothing more complex than glue, magnets and a little time. Place a small mark with the pencil on which you want the magnets to go. Make sure they are going to be out of the way. If the door is metal, you can even place the magnets on the shower wall, so that when the door closes, the magnets will pull and hold the door closed.
Clean the shower door bumpers surfaces with a clean cloth and a little water. If you are attaching the glass magnets, be sure to use a glass cleaner to ensure a clear bonding surface. Clean the water from the shower door with the rag, dry it. Open the glue bottle. Use the top of the container to drill the seal from under the lid. Be sure not to puncture the bottle in any other way.

Shower door bumpers, place a small drop of glue on the surface of the magnet sticking to the wall. Do not over glue, and there is nothing in your hands. Once the glue is in place, immediately attach the magnet to the door or wall. Place them on the marks you made. Hold the magnet in place until it sticks, which should be no more than two to five minutes. Let go and then let the magnets sit in place an hour before using. Try to push the magnetic door on the wall, making sure it sticks. Then try to pull it, making sure that the magnets do not hold the door and the wall together with too much force.
